Welcome to Lé Force Pilates. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at leforcepilates.com and any services, classes, or products provided by Lé Force Pilates. By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Registration
To access certain features of our Site, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your information as necessary to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Services
Lé Force Pilates offers Pilates classes and other related services. Class schedules, instructors, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes at our discretion.
Payments and Cancellations
All payments for classes and services must be made in advance through our Site or at our Studio. Processed through Stripe.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before a scheduled class will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled class will not be refunded or credited and/or a fee can be charged.
No-shows will not be refunded or credited and a fee will be charged.
Health and Safety
By participating in our classes and services, you acknowledge that Pilates involves physical activity and accept any inherent risks. You represent that you are in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent you from participating in our classes. You agree to inform the instructor of any injuries or health conditions before each class or any change of your medical history and limitations.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Site and services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lé Force Pilates or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
